Miss Kitty

Miss Kitty is out of a good using Quarter Horse mare. At almost 3 years old and 14.3, she’s still growing in height and filling out, but she’s going to be one brick house of a molly, with the classic “stockhorse” build, and a pretty babydoll face.

Part of what makes Roxy exceptional is the quality of her mind. Although she’s got too much go for a nervous novice, she’s not a hot-head. She’s got a great handle on her, and she’ll not only stop and stand still, but she also stretches out to for you to get on! On the ground, she’s a little reserved until she gets to know you. At first, we thought she might be hard to catch, but as time has passed we’ve got her figured out. Many mules are “relationship” mules- they don’t give you their heart on the first date. Roxy is no exception. Once she gets to know you, she’ll come to you pretty quick, especially on a dry lot.

This little molly has had the very best of starts in her life. She is blessed with a naturally inquisitive mind and a laid back personality. At just 90 days under saddle, she’ll back nicely, has a slow pleasure walk, and is almost perfect with her neck rein. Talk about a star pupil! Even better, she’s been EVERYWHERE. Deer, turkeys, dogs, traffic-- nothing fazes her and she acts like she is a lot older than her years. Because she’s been started right, once she knows her rider, she has absolute faith and trust in their judgement and will not only go where you point her with no hesitation, she also wants to be your best buddy and follow you around! She’s learning to lay down on command, and is a dream to handle on the ground. Your farrier will love how easy she is with her feet. Miss Kitty would make a nice little Western Pleasure mount, and is the kind of molly that someone who is new to mules could likely finish out on their own, if they wanted to save a little money. You don’t see sweet and fancy like this every day! If you prefer a trot to a running walk, here’s your chance to grab one of the prettiest little mollies we’ve ever seen.
